joining us is shannon butler a reporter with our fox affiliate in orlando. were there what was it like? >> well, casey anthony was released just about after midnight. she walked out of the jail. as she was in the lobby she looked down looked up and looked down again thanked the deputies and walked out the door. jose bias was next to her. they walked out of the back door drove off within seconds they were out of the lobby in the orange county jail. what was the crowd reaction when she was released? >> dozens of people lined up just in front of the jail. officers had bare kids along that area so nobody could get near casey anthony. as the cars were pulling out it was almost a mob mentality. everybody rushed the vehicles they rushed the deputy cars some of them yelling baby killer. as they walked up to the car it was so bad the mounted patrol and some deputies had to keep the people back. they had to block off the roads just so those people wouldn't get hit by on coming traffic. >> and there are reports that she actually went to executive airport in orlando. wh

jessica stone is live in orlando with what this means. good to see you, jessica. what can we expect today when she is sentenced? >> reporter: here is the math we are looking at. if she gets the maximum by the judge, she is looking at about six months to a year in jail with the calculations in play. if the judge gives her credit for the nearly three years she spent in prison, then she could get nothing, she walks. and the orange county sheriff's department has made arrangements to make sure when that happens, if it happens, she has a safe release because this is so high profile, they sent maps of different areas of security so we know where to be and where not to be so nothing happens if she is released today. >> the public out cry, is that likely to influence the judge, maybe i should give her some time or it won't matter to him? >> this judge has a law and order record. 95% conviction rate. he will be fair. that is his track record. he was just reelected in february of this year for a two- year term. he has to go before these people but his track record is pretty
