when people think of new orleans , they come to new orleans to figure out and learn the different layersand our traditions and our culture. and if we don't continue to perform and show up and show out this history of gold without being said, you know, and it needs to be explained. it needs to be shown to the world culture preserved my life. i've probably been shot up dead in the streets long time ago. you know, this culture saved me from that. and i wanted to do the same for my kids culminates on march 1st fat tuesday when the city will be filled with elaborate costumes, floats and, of course beads. this comeback is extra important for the community for the city. there's no stopping us. even with all the fun, city officials are still keeping covid in mind operate, participants must be vaccinated or show a negative covid test, and this rule still applies to get in any bar or restaurant in the city as well, frank. well rebecca good for the culture good for the people of new orleans. but it's going to be great for the city to sending that message out that we're back and slowly getting back
