united airlines, oscar muniz comes in and says, we have had an adversarial relationship with the unionssaid, i don't like this. i'm going to try to change this deal. deal withmake a unions. i want to have better service. i want to have a better service, a win-win.ke this he's raised salaries, and he's gotten much better performance. united is third in baggage. this becomes an exposed decision by the leader to say, ok, i can fix this. gillian: do you think uber is going to find a way to learn from this and move forward? moment, they are hunkering down to the reason we don't have anybody with uber tonight is because they're uncomfortable talking about this. there is a lot of soul-searching going on within the company. do you think this could be a turning point that revives them? >> when they are at this position, it's hard to see how it could do anything but get better. it's been a bad six weeks for them. i am not 100% sure of who's going to be in charge of uber. gillian: you think travis might be pushed out? >> i think it's unlikely, but bad you have this much press, you start to wonder
