as we reported before, atlantic drain has a history of osha trench safety. you can log on to "fox25boston.com" about the dpen's safety record. one man is dead and another hospitalized after a stabbing in hyannis and this morning we are getting our first look at the scene in the immediate aftermath. you can see a lot of flashing lights in this video, as the man is lowed into a waiting ambulance. this happened very early yesterday morning on beth lane. police were called for a fight there and that's when they found 26 year-old thomas russell died from his injuries. the globe reports the other man is in critical condition. police are investigating they have made one arrest in connection to the fight and that person is facing charges for probation violation. >> a westport farm already at the site of an animal abuse investigation has rescued one animal but there is a cow located on the american legion highway that comes months after 1400 the farm after police found them in unsafe and unclean conditions. diseasens of other animals were also found dead on the prope
