city. there was actually nothing was particularly alarmed. i think our role on the board is to shed light on what's happening in the city and how reason our city resources for events like this. the apartments were very very dismissive of us are questions we had to ask magically asking about costs with the impacts the general fund were going to be. of all the apartments that spoke about their plans, i was really glad to see that the mta have put together a lot of really good plans but how they would stage transit facilities around the area, but they cannot tell us what the cost was going to be. lisa berman could really cause with the impact is going to be, which stations were going to be involved and how would one point officer said that there will be minimal staffing move from our neighborhood districts to the event were no staffing move to neighborhood just next to the event but it turns out to be staffing coming from the districts to the event. so not quite sure what that person was saying. we know this can be immense costs. so far there've not been an

this is again our city, all off sales. bringing in the off sales factor 579 stores. now we are bringing in our restaurant licenses and this is the first set. the yellow dots are type 41s. those are the discussion points today. they allow sale of beer and wine and although they are on sale licenses they have inherent off sale privilege. i would come back to that. but in theory you can call all of those potentially off sale locations. meaning they can sell off sale, beer, wine, for all of those and then the solid green's with the plus to do distilled beers. the next slide, we are now bringing in our type 47 restaurants. these are restaurants that have on sale beer wine and distilled spirits. this license is also for supervisor christensen's benefit where they have clubs. they often have 47 where they can have people underage of 21. they also have beer and wine. that number represents 781 licenses. now the red dots are type 2s and they are just beer and wine. these are a lot of wine bars, adults only, 21 and over. those we have 64. the next overlay we are bringing in our

without a doubt our city it changed many lives for the better. the best evidence of our work are the 20,000 formerly homeless people, now living indoors independently and with social and emotional support that they need in our city or back in their hometowns. we have pioneered models of care but the navigation center, which in just nine months has successfully moved more than 250 people off the street and into healthier settings. but while we house and served homelessness unfortunate thousands of homeless unfortunately, they are replaced by new house listed people fall into homelessness for number of reasons and they need our help. last week i announced a goal to help at least 8000 people out of homelessness forever over the next four years. we will do this by stabilizing people's lives through our nationally recognize housing and service programs. and by building a system to prevent homelessness or any persons homelessness before becomes chronic. i will create a new department to keep homeless residents permanently -allow and help homeless reside

this is again our city, all off sales. bringing in the off sales factor 579 stores. now we are bringing in our restaurant licenses and this is the first set. the yellow dots are type 41s. those are the discussion points today. they allow sale of beer and wine and although they are on sale licenses they have inherent off sale privilege. i would come back to that. but in theory you can call all of those potentially off sale locations. meaning they can sell off sale, beer, wine, for all of those and then the solid green's with the plus to do distilled beers. the next slide, we are now bringing in our type 47 restaurants. these are restaurants that have on sale beer wine and distilled spirits. this license is also for supervisor christensen's benefit where they have clubs. they often have 47 where they can have people underage of 21. they also have beer and wine. that number represents 781 licenses. now the red dots are type 2s and they are just beer and wine. these are a lot of wine bars, adults only, 21 and over. those we have 64. the next overlay we are bringing in our
