owensby. can tell you that according to his account of what has taken place, and we match it up with the video footage that they have been able to obtain, here is how things occurred. owensby left home that morning to take his children to school. he has seven children. he has a pretty big family. he proceeded that he needed to go pick up some cable boxes for one of his tenants. he went back outo the home of one of his tenants, which is his property, to pick up the cable boxes. he brought the cable boxes out to his vehicle. he proceeded to leave the property. at that time, he started driving and shortly after that the police turned the sirens on and pulled him over. i want to be very clear, from the start to the finish, our client was very compliant. it seems like that is a sticking point and what the officers are trying to say. they pulled him over. that is compliance number one. they turned their sirens on and pulled him over. he is compliant. the next thing they ask him to do is roll his win
