you can see the northern lights n is down in the ozarks of arkansas and again just wild sights when we the clear skies and high pressure like we have right now. the radar is all clear. we are still dry, still calm tonight. the weather will be in a big changing state as we go into this time tomorrow evening. for now, other 50's across the state from the beaches to the mountains, that's it in terms of the air temperatures, justice a few clouds, if you are a sky watcher, may be tougher to see any kind of northern lights, but take a look at the wider perspective, developing storm system out to the north and west. this will change it up in to the next 24 to 72 hours, this time for night into friday night and early saturday. high pressure for another day or so. i think the weather will stay mild again tomorrow. clouds increase, the chance for rain will start to come in by tomorrow evening with the boundary, the future trend in motion. just a couple showers on the leading edge and it's beginning to develop by tomorrow eveningl. by thursday morning, that is where we look for better chances for

the lake of the ozarks is a privately opened lake, power is generate interested a hydroelectric plant at the lake's dam. ferc regulates the power plant and required them to submit a shoreline management plan as part of a 40-year lease application for the continued operation of the dam and osage renewal energy center. they submitted the paperwork over two years ago and after sitting on the application for over two years, this july ferc rejected their plan and substituted their own plan which includes an order requiring them to remove as many as 4,000 out-of-compliance structures near the shoreline and within the boundary of the dam project. here's an example of some of the structures they say need to go. ferc stated the structures, quote, should be removed in a timely manner and site restored to pre-existing conditions. this ludicrous order could result in the unnecessary removal of thousands of homes and other structures along over 1,100 miles of shoreline. what makes this action so onerous is that the property owners have clear title to this land with an easement giving them the righ
