anthony piercy arrested brandon ellingson of clive for boating while intoxicated at the lake of the ozarks in may 20 - 14. ellingson fell into the water while handcuffed and drowned after his life jacket slipped off. special prosecutor bill (see) seay says piercy's actions recklessly caused ellingsons death. woke up early one sunday morning realizing it was a beautiful day much like it was today here in the ozarks. so he decided to play golf.
