we're talking on the northern p.a. border. not really that cold at all. and the really super cold, arctic air has moved into central canada. 53. 41 in boston. yes, the snow is melting up there. but there's still plenty of it to clean up. south of us, shower activity. a little snow this morning from new mexico into portions of oklahoma. that pretty much has dissipated. but this rain, shield will move into our region. low pressure will move off the virginia capes around here. and quickly move out to sea. so a period of rain in the afternoon. once this storm gets right to about this location. it will kick back some moisture. but it will also bring in colder air coming in from new york and ontario. that and could change us to a bit of snow for a while before it clears out. but probably after midnight or so. then the sun returns. it will all be gone here on thursday. once again, the heaviest accum -- accumulations right across maryland. couple of inches expected there in the city. don't expect to see much at all. particularly on the roads. because the roads ar
