all three alleged involvement by local p.d. violating california constitutional rights. in the first one my client insisted that he would like to have an attorney present for any conversations with the police officer. and the police officer continued to return to him saying i don't want to work with your attorney undermining the trust between that local police department and the client. that is one incident. in the second incident we had a young man with a g.p.s. tracking device placed on his car, seeing it was a larger operation by local law enforcement and the f.b.i. again it was a warrantless search conducted by local police undermining trust with local police under guise of working with the joint terrorism task force. and the third one which is the one we know for sure that local police officers were involved in the operation is a story out of southern california where a man continued to visit a mosque for 14 months engaging in provocative behavior in that the mosque sought a retraining order against the individual later to learn he had been sent in by the local oper

put hazard tape out and p.d. will standby and direct not only our people but make sure that civilians stay out of the area. yeah. it wasn't dancing around or anything. but any lines down on the ground. and it was draped against the cable line. so even the communication lines we assumed that were down in the street were also live. >> reporter: that downed electric line actually went all the way across dwight way. they had to use two separate fire hydrants on opposite sides to fight the fire because they couldn't go near it. the electric line was just part of the problem. also two gas meters that exploded as fire crews arrived on scene. that sent out a flame on both sides. and they had to wait on that. they had to actually dig through the debris to find a shutoff valve. the flames were going for 90 minutes while they waited for pg&e crews to arrive. fire crews ended up shutting it off themselves and then pg&e deemed everything safe. the electric shutoff and gas shutoff. they also left the scene. again, at this hour
