for the pa suburbs, 9:00 p.m. seeing overnight downpours. the lehigh valley expected to see those downpours as well, especially by tomorrow, i would say pre-dawn. for the jersey shore, you will stay dryer, but still you're not excluded. this system is moving across the area. it's mooving to the west of us and our direction. we have a flash flood that has been issued until midnight on tuesday. notice here it really does include the i-95 corridor. that's really important to me, especially, along the i-95 corridor. on wednesday starting at 7:00 p.m., we get this going with the clouds necessary. downpours by 9:00 a.m. we're seeing some bull's-eyes in and around the metro area. by 2:00 p.m., still seeing more rain in the area. you will need extra time for the a.m. commute. it finally starts to clear but not until after midnight on tuesday at 8:30 p.m. still seeing some more greens on the screen, pauses here at midnight. we do have some really heavy rain across the entire delaware area. i do have to quickly show you rainfall totals through tomorro
