but we're looking live from skyfox over the westbound lanes, of the pa turnpike, in malvern, this is between the 29 e-zpass and the downingtown interchange. there is nothing left of the cab of this tractor-trailer what they're concerned about now is the cargo. looks like it is one of those tractor-trailers hauling trash on the overnight here. you got foam all over the roadway, and that oil gasoline kind of seeping down off of the roadway on to the grass. now looks like they got one lane squeezing through here right now. but this back up rolls back for about 3 miles and this is all westbound on the turnpike between the 29 and downingtown. to the maps, because if you are head that way out toward downingtown, again, it is not closed. allowing that stuck traffic through. with 3-mile back up, your best bet, exit at valley forge take 202 south to the bypass, then north on 100 again, 202 to the bypass the way to go. if you don't have e-zpass you're not going to be able to exit here at route 29 without getting a huge bill in the mail from the pennsylvania turnpike. you have to have e-zpass i
