i also appreciate the red cross being out as well as pacific gas and electric and all of the folks in the city of oakland. it has been a great partnership with the city of oakland to build housing here. we are committed to that partnership we have security cameras on the site. we have a security guard on site and the fire was started. it caused this level of destruction. we are committed to working with the city of oakland to rebuild. we will be working very closely with all of the departments to continue the development and building of this project. this project is not about the buildings. it is about people. this is a project that has 124 homes in and with 50 of them sold and about 40 folks that are planning on moving in around the holidays of this year. all of their lives have been affected. we will be working very closely with each of those homeowners and we will also be working to continue the construction on the backside of the project so that we can continue to build homes at prices that are below some of the rent that you see to give people an opportunity to become part of the
