rather than just relying the assets and resources of pacific gas and electric, the state has supplemented the resources with the california highway patrol and fixed wing aircraft. that was allowed to go by utilization of infrared technology and move very expeditiously. accordingly we used the national guard similar technology that is attached to the number of helicopters we have provided is resource supplement to pacific gas and electric. they have gone through the first phase of the investigations on the transmission line and now they are moving to the distribution lines to begin the process of reentering over the next couple of hours. and we hope within the next 48 hours, two days were that will be substantially complete. i do not want to parse that by making the word substantially. there are no guarantees that all of that will be complete. you can talk with pg&e directly about their procedures and protocols because as you know, we are entering back into wind events later to the middle part of this week these things may actually coincide and there may be some crossover related to that.
