can you talk about, because the needs of the pacific island region are different. each place around the world are unique. what are some of the particular challenges you face when you think about reentry into some of these very small, very fragile island states? >> well, our presence in the very small islands and some of these states is what has made us so endeared, you know, in the region and i know many volunteers who have served in those very remote places and absolutely loved their time there. as you can imagine, you know, those vast distances become a challenge when there's an emergency. so if a volunteer is sick, gets hit by a car, we need to be able to medically evacuate them and get them services that we've said we as peace corps will be able to provide. so, some of those are by virtue of the geography and then others, the infrastructure that's currently in place, we are working in the interagency space to really identify what are any remaining barriers so that we can come as a whole of government and say how can we do this so the peace corps volunteers can g
