sliding a bit to the east, an area of low pressure to our north and west passing through the pacific northwest, all of that addingup to a strong onshore breeze. low 80s, the warmest ocean temperature ever recorded near california. for us it's still in the 50s. the ocean breeze still has a bite through the weekend into next week. speaking of next week, that ridge of high pressure slides way to the soh and open the door for some not hot weather. the cooler pattern will likely continue into next week with highs only making it to the mid- 80s away from the water, coolest weather in about one month in places like livermore and antioch and napa. cloudy mornings continue near the water. that pronounced cooling trend is beginning and temperatures will fall below average next week. highs tomorrow under mostly sunny skies, still somewhat hazy. notice the cooler temperatures, concord 91, livermore 92, san jose down to 85, santa rosa 86 and a high of 65 degrees in san francisco. extended forecast, a few degrees each day, but by the middle of next week low to mid- 80s inland, mid- to upper 60s at the bay a
