police in pacifica are asking for the public's help in find a missing women suffering from dementia 68-year-old alicia vitug was last seen walking in the area of cypress street and glen court way. she is described as a 5- foot-1-inch asian woman, about 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. she was last seen wearing a white fleece sweater and black pants. police say vitug has been known to enter unlocked cars and urge residents to check backyards and cars officials in contra costa county have identified the body of a man found inside a car that was overturned and underwater in pittsburg. they say it is the same man reported missing by his family tuesday night. during the storm. emergency responders shut pause down leland road in pittsburg. and called in for says more rescue teams. authorities believe the man veered off the road in wet cause conditions and landed in the contra costa canal. palo alto is dealing with a spike in car-break-ins. fuki sushi has posted a warning sign at its restaurant along el camino real. that's where most of the break-ins are happening. the sign warns yo
