"today in the bay's" rick boone joins us from pacifica. the good news is the girl was able to get away. good morning. >> reporter: she was indeed. that is really good news. also good news is that she remembered everything. this young girl needs to be saluted this morning, her memory was good and it helped a lot in this case. at least it will help towards an arrest. she tells police it happened right here at hickey and fire crest here in pacifica, not so far from sequoia high school. he said this guy was aggressive and bold and did whatever he could to pull her inside the car. it all began when she was walking down the street. he began to honk his horn at her. she would not listen to him. she continued to walk. that was not good enough. he then got out of his vehicle and began to struggle with her to get her inside that vehicle. she was thankfully able to get away. we've got some description of this suspect and this attempted kidnapping, indian male 30 to 40 years old, about 5'6", thin build, trim beard. also good detail here, his vehicle.
