the big cats were spotted in pacifica and half moon bay kron charles clifford joining us live in pacificah more on these sightings. charles, i know mountain lions are pretty regularly seen around there. but these guys look pretty big. >> yeah, you know, here in san mateo county, not unusual to see a mountain lion. there's a lot of open space. a lot of homes that sit right next areas where mountain lions like to live and a month ago we had the situation where young boy was bitten by a mountain lion that boys ok, but they never found that mountain lion. and now the last week or so. we've had multiple sightings in 2 different locations. and that has some neighbors worried. along rainier avenue in pacifica, neighbors have reported at least 3 mountain lion sightings over the last week and half moon bay. a big cat was seen walking along first avenue last friday and then on monday, this mountain lion was seen around 7 in the morning near poplar beech. >> the big cats are usually spotted in the early morning or late evening hours to came across here and about 2 o'clock in the morning. darrell isa
