kpix 5's maria medina is live in pacifica with the latest on the city's concerns. maria >>> reporter: good morning, kenny. yeah, you know, they are concerned about minor flooding here at the pacifica and you can see there is a little bit of flooding here in the streets not very dramatic but it is an indication that it has been raining here a while and this is just the beginning of the storms. now, they are really concerned about the coastal bluffs just down the street from me. that's where we really saw erosion earlier this year during those el nino storms. and that forced the city to declare a state of emergency. they demolished an apartment building before it went over the cliff. they red-tagged another building. we saw the seawall breach during one of the storms and public works crews they told us yesterday that they have those repairs nearly complete and although with this storm they can't control the weather, of course, they say all they can do is just really stay on top of it. >> i have been out here for quite a while many years now so we always prepare for th
