i was in the back, and we both paddle together, and one thing i wanted to say is if you bike to school or anywhere, make sure to always wear a helmet. make sure to be safe, and of course, have fun, right? in terms of interesting jobs, this has to be one of the most interesting jobs. you work on a whole host of issues all year round, and you meet so many interesting people around the way, so i really enjoyed that.

we will see some paddle boaters going by. high temperatures at this late however, we had some cloud cover a good part of the day that held temperatures in the 70s most of the day. right around 5:00 we shot up into 980s. not too much of a sun burn. here is what we are thinking tonight, easing back into the 70s by 9:00. 71 at 11. then the middle 60s which feel really good this time of year. right now, 82. that's that high temperature with variable winds at 7 miles an hour. a handful of thunderstorms are developing across west virginia. . there is instability in the atmosphere. that is like the gasoline laying around to ignite the thunderstorm. there wasn't much time today to sparm the storm so i think we will have a pretty quiet night. as i mentioned, beautiful start to the week with lots of sunshine. not too hot. we aren't going to see too much rain at all, at least for the first part of the week. we have that midweek sizzle in terms of middle and upper 90s. here is a look. sterling, 79. we are in the middle, lower 80s at reag
