closer in to pinellas, palm harbor looking at showers, no lightning with these, just tropical downpours that pop up quickly here. as you make your way across the courtney campbell up to the north we'll be seeing pockets of showers and heavier storms, and east. put a loop in motion and you can see, the spokes of moisture pumped in on the southwesterly flow. we had that area of low pressure to the north which by the way thankfully stayed there, look at this -- cluster of yellow. that indicates -- doppler indicates upwards of 16 to 20 inches of rainfall which thankfully just fell off-shore, most of us along the coast anywhere from two to as much as 8 inches of rainfall which lot. coastal areas. but we could have fathered worse. the low is still there. it's still spinning and going to pop moisture in our direction so we have additional rainfall tallies up to six to eight inches possible here. flood watches are in effect for citrus, hernando, pasco, these are coastal areas specifically. that continues in effect through the evening hours of tuesday which will be the beginning of our transitio
