(ken) in the east bay... a health advisory was lifted this morning after a potentially hazardous emission from the shell refinery. officials say a malfunction happened in a processing unit. out of precaution, shell put out a level two community warning saying people in the martinez and pacheco area could experience eye, skin, nose and throat irritation especially if you have respiratory issues. crews worked all morning to stabilize the unit. the advisory was lifted around ten. (pam) first tonight, we go to kron-4's j-r stone .. he joins us live from morgan hill.. j-r (ken) the county fire burning in yolo and napa counties is now 83 percent contained. it has burned more than 90-thousand acres. and has destroyed 20 structures. all evacuation orders have been lifted.
