but a woman named an unsung hero of soul train who is sung in our show is pam brown. and she was the talent coordinator. and literally the very first hollywood hollywood version of soul train all came from dancers that pam brown recruited. and she had she worked in a rec center. she knew a lot of young people who were also very excited dancers. and so she was a main she was the original main source of how dancers came to the show. but there were so many other ways and people, talent, recruiters out there and it's just sort of exciting to see how they all came together. but then people started to hear about it and wanted to be on the show. this became like, if you want to be a dancer and if you want to be seen soul train was what show you wanted to give seen on this was the way this was your path. you know, toward toward launching you into a lot more visibility and you know so yeah i mean it was, you know and you just have legends, some of the most legendary dancers in the world that we still do now to this day, like popping, locking, you know, backslide and whacking.
