(pam) and i'm pam moore. that deadly crash happening near the sonoma skyport airport. that's where we find kron-4's hermela aregawi. she joins us live. hermela do we know what led up to the crash? we know took off from this runway around 12:30/12:45 this afternoon.. and crashed about about a thousand feet southwest on private property. the sonoma county sheriff's office tells us.. the victim that died is a 38 year old man from san francisco. his name is william sachs goldman a woman and two children - a little boy and a little girl were on that plane. we spoke to people who live near the property where the plane crashed and were the first to arrive on scene.they tell us it started just like any other day.. they heard a plane take off like they ususally o.but then they heard some unusual patterns of sputtering before the plane went over their property.. and started losing altitude. at that point they heard a pop which they later learned was a parachute slowing the plane down before it crashed.neighbors and some construction workers were nearby and ran to the plane.a wit
