(pam) and i'm pam moore... angela hernandez was found in her car... down a cliff off highway- one in monterey county... .. near big sur. hernandez was headed to southern california for a wedding .. but never made it. her family says, they last heard from her after she spent the night in her car in half moon bay. authorities say, they got a cell phone ping near davenport. then, a white 20-11 jeep patriot .... matching the description of angela's car... was seen on surveillance video at the carmel- highlands station and general store.... along highway- one in monterey county. tonight .. the good news.. the monterey county sheriff's office announced.... that angela's vehicle was found down a cliff... she was alive and was taken to the hospital. (grant) d-n-a evidence is what sealed the deal according to police. they say orlando lazo is the rideshare rapist, a man who has been posing as a rideshare driver at least since 2013 and has now been arrested for raping 4 unsuspecting passengers....pe ople who thought they were getting into an uber or lyft. the four women were picked up outside bars and nightclubs mostly in the south of market area, then taken to another location and sexually assaulted. police were able to get dna evidence from the first attack in 2013, but there was no match in the system. then in february, and may of this year 2 more attacks with the same dna. a task force was set up in june, and this past weekend police say they found their man (grant) police are believe there may be more victims, and they're asking anyone who knows anything about the suspect to come forward. they're also urging people to check their phones make sure the vehicle supposed to be pickign them up
