pamela osborne is live. pam, what are we learning about the driver? >> reporter: well, i actually just got off the phone with the police chief. he tells me they are in the process right now of reviewing surveillance video in hopes of getting another lead to track down that vehicle and that driver. the driver was behind the wheel of a pretty unique truck. it is very similar to two-toned maroon and ford pickup with a ladder rack. they believe it is a 1997 model. it may have a broken taillight, a broken passenger side mirror and taillight. they believe 2 man hit two teenagers around 8:15 last night. the victims were crossing between two intersections when they were hit. according to a witness the driver stopped briefly to move one of the people he hit off of the road before taking off. that female victim is in critical condition. no word on how that male victim is doing at this hour. let's get back to the driver. police describe him as being 6'1" or 6'2". he was wearing a blue hat. they tell me if they are able to pull an image of that vehicle or perhaps
