pamela: our guest is doing that through his book, christopher williams, great to see you again. your book is "black blueblood." myra: tell us about the significance of this couple. christopher: they are my great great grandparents. they were some of the first african-americans tebow and over 700 acre plantation in the area. thth help a lot with communities, they started a church which is still there today. one of the founders of the church recently had a not the church, but of the ame denomination and it was released through the post office. bishop richard allen. myra: you want to show the success they were able to achieve having been former slaves and then becoming plantation owners themselves. i do you talked about that is an inspirational story to other black americans to this day. christopher: really anybody. i have had people who are bought a book and they come up to me and give me starbucks coffee and cookies because they like the first five or 10 pages they read . they think that this inspires them to do research on their own history. patrick: one think -- myra: one thing
