police now confirming a student from indiana died while on vacation in panama city beach. 20-year-old tyler gillmore fell from a parking garage early yesterday morning. his body was found just before 1:00 sunday morning. his friends say he had been drinking all day saturday. and according to investigators he was seen intoxicated about discovered. police say they don't believe that anybody else is involved in gillmore's death. we have seen heightened concern this time of year in panama city beach after a shooting, alleged gang rape and other incidents drew national attention during spring break last year. numerous ordinances were passed hoping to make spring break safer including a ban on the beach throughout the month of march. >>> a 56-year-old man now facing charges for a hit-and- run crash that left a bicyclist with life threatening injuries. a tip from the public led police to this man, joseph ragsdale and his damaged pickup truck. he's accused of hitting a 22- year-old man early saturday at 30th avenue east and 50th street north. the victim is fighting for his life in the hospita
