there was a massive electrical storm that started in western maryland, the panhandle of west virginia and it held together. those of you watching in montgomery county watched it pushed through. the good news is, the threat of severe werth through the overnight hours has really diminished. we're looking theat areas of ra pushing in tomorrow. not just garden variety storms but possibly severe storms are possible through tomorrow and tuesday as well. after this front clears our area on tuesday, it's a cold front that's going to be bringing the thunderstorms. refreshing air follows for wednesday and thursday. low humidity, plenty of sunshine, so something to look forward to. but until we get to that refreshing air for the middle part of the week, again, we'll be dealing with thunderstorms tomorrow and tuesday as well. so the severe thunderstorm potential is really focusing on high winds. there's also a threat of hail and thunderstorms. heavy rain is likely tomorrow. that could lead to some isolated areas of flash flooding. but i'm really focused on the concern for high windes. tom will be
