i'm kathy stud well parking around the elmo square and the panhandle was a challenging issue as you recall in august of 2012 you approved the set of parking management policies and this policy it specified it parking around parks should be metered or time regulated so we tried to implement that in the first original proposal thereby of the 8 block sectors around alamo scare 6 are two-time regulated and 2 are r f bp the neighborhood association took issue with this bus parking is so tight there and they relied on the elms of the curbs to park their cars the other thing we looked at was the fact that alamo square didn't necessarily have a large number of people like delores or on the parks it is toured and tense players and people walking their dogs and not large crowds so actually the need for parking around the park was lower so we negotiated we came to a coincidence to have it restored so 6 of the 8 sectors r vp and the remaining two sects be two hour time sectors seethes and the north part of the panhandle we made sell street with r vp so - >> thank you now, it's interesting i know for n
