put a little panini press out there and you know what the best part is?u don't have to do any more cooking. you just sort of sit back and let everybody have fun and customize their own. but if you want a couple of fun grilled cheese ideas that definitely takes grilled cheese to another space; i have some ideas for you. the first, we're going to begin by making something called a red onion marmalade and we're going to put this with some blue cheese in a bit. to make this it's pretty simple. i'm going to take four onions. i sliced them real thin. put them in the pan with a couple tablespoons of butter and just let them sautee nice and slowly. it takes about 25 minutes. be patient. don't rush it. and then i'm going to take some red wine. i'm going to put a cup of red wine into those onions. and that's going to give us some acidity and change the color a little bit. and then i'm going to put in three tablespoons of honey, very accurately measured as you can see. but what i'm basically doing is creating a sweet and sour combo. at this point i bring this up to
