right now the lucas team has been looking at a site on the island that would encompass the hotel parcel and location of the existing chapel and see if they can develop a architectural program that will work in that space. that will include reroloicating the chapping chapel to new location. the construction of the dog park at 9th and palm drive is substantially complete. the fencing and gates, decomposed granite have been installed and the signage is on order and will be installed as soon as it arrives. on -also on construction, the demolition of structures on yby begin this past month and the majority of the housing at the top of the iland as well as the signal tower have demolished and the work will continue through the summer. as mark coners mentioned, we have the national night out evend tuesday august 2 and the last item i will mention is work to rolocate the grocery store to avenue h continues and we anticipate that new location opening around labor day and we'll be preparing fliers and getting information out to folks when that gets closer. that concludes my report for this month.
