it happened yesterday afternoon when police found two car jacking suspects at "city park".oth suspects left as soon as police arrived....one on foot and the other in a car. one officer chased the suspect on foot. police say the suspect pulled out a gun when he realized he was being followed. the officer fired his gun and missed when the suspect ducked. that suspect ran and barricaded himself in a shed. the swat team came and the suspect eventually came out. he has been identified as victor hurtado. the other suspect has been identified as david placante. both have been arrested. an oakland teen drowned tonight on the russian river in sonoma county. officials say at about 4:30 someone called 911 to say that a man went under the water near steelhead beach regional park. the 19-year-old man was last seen about 300 yards upstream from the park's main beach. forestville firefighters and california state parks personnel searched by boat. the sheriff's office also used a helicopter. just after 5 searchers found the man and he was pronounced dead. the man's name will not be release
