if you look at the fairfax county parkway. if you're heading westbound going to 95 they're turning folks around here. they're not allowing folks to actually approach 95. they're making a u-turn here and it looks like they just opened up actually as i was talking with you, the eastbound traffic. as you saw, having cars making a u-turn. the eastbound traffic almost ran into the westbound traffic. they're going to have that figure that out. it's a little confusing. that is the ramp on to northbound 95 of fairfax county parkway. i'm told by fairfax county emergency personnel a tractor trailer was trying to go off that ramp on to 95 when it flipped over and caught fire. emergency personnel confirmed that the driver of that truck died in the accident. that driver is the only person involved in the accident. it's a single vehicle accident there on the ramp from fairfax county parkway to 95. as it stands, the two right lanes, northbound 95 headed toward the fairfax county parkway are now closed and the northbound ramp on to 286 is ope
