there's structures over the parkway. jumbotrons around the parkway, as well. tent for official merchandise. you can see a police vehicle positioned here, as well. as far as traffic around here, every once in a while we'll see a car come through that is not an official vehicle and i just caution you when you come by here, there's work being done if the area and crews on the streets and a lot of work left to do. mainly fork lifts on the parkway at this time. crews started their breakdown almost immediately. all that seating that needed to be packed away from the papal malice, thousands of chairs set up for the people with tickets. that had to be broken down. many thousand more stood along the parkway. there had to be trash cleanup for all the mess that the crowds left behind. while work is being done, some of the roads are opened back up. penndot opened 76. the vine street expressway is opened, but some of the ramps are closed. in center city, crews are taking down all the barriers from the weekend. as that happens we'll see more and more roads open up. the sani

jumbo trons that are lined up and down the parkway. it is going to take sometime for some areas to get back to normal and clean up will take, it will take sometime but in the art museum area what remains closed the kelly drive, martin luther king drive, right behind the art museum and parkway pretty much from the steps of the art museum, inner and outer drives all the way up to logan circle, as we move through the morning, portions of those roadways could open backup. there are clean up crews every where mainly around independent hall and, of course, ben franklin parkway area. crews last night quickly moved to at least get barriers off to the side, those big concrete blocks that seemed to drop out of the sky every where, still have to be pick up, by a crane individually and put on a flatbed. last tonight they did their best to move everything off to the side to open up each street one at a time to give some motorist a chance to roll roll up and down. a little at a time we will start to see closures opened backup, but i wouldn't be surp
