there are four here in pasco. you can see the mound of sand behind me left, a number of sandbags have been filled for people so they can stop by and pick them up. an easy process. and now this is video from sandbag filling locations that opened over the weekend. all over the bay area there. are three other locations in pasco where residents can fill sandbags between 8:00 this morning and 6:00 at night. even though we have seen some people come by this morning. they include jw mitchell park, veterans memorial park and a bags will be provided, you need to bring your own shovel to fill up the bags. and many here certainly remember bad flooding from a year ago. heavy rains caused flooding. businesses and people's homes were under water for days on end. so this year, they're not taking any chances. back here live this morning, we will be out here throughout the morning. and we will certainly let you know how things go weather- wise. it started to rain roughly an hour ago and quickly stopped and now really not a the sky

the warning goes for citrus, hernando and pasco. there's offshore. this system is not expected to become a hurricane but you could see wind gusts at hurricane strength. which is again why the watch 48 hours remains offshore. tomorrow morning, about this time, 50 miles per hour winds. still well offshore. and in fact, this advisory has slowed this thing down. 2:00 in the afternoon, tomorrow, 6 amiles per hour winds still. relatively far offshore. now i believe it's going to come onshore around midnight thursday into friday. right around the big bend of shaded line there, down to pasco county. that's a tropical storm warning. and then the system heads out into the atlantic and we don't have to worry about it anymore. watch the tropical storm-force winds. that's this yellow shaded area. for the most part, it stays offshore tomorrow afternoon. and look at the tampa metro area, we get the onshore southwest flow which means our tide can't really go out. when high tide happens at 2:41 combined with 48 hours of rain, we could be dealing with intense flooding
