pat coleman. >> good afternoon, commissioners. my name is pat coleman, it's no coincidence that i'm dr. coleman's daughter. before my father passed away in 2002, he spoke to me about his drive in life, which had been to serve. he said that he truly felt that the good lord had placed him on the earth to serve and that's what he had done, and he surely did, seeing over 25,000 patients over the span of his 54 years of practice. many of those patients seen for free. as my father's death approached, and i sort of reflected on where i was going to go in terms of keeping the facility open, i was bombarded by members of the community who begged m he to make sure that the doors of the clinic stay open so they would have a place to go and be treated with dignity. so one of the lessons that i learned from my father is it's not always about what you get in life, it's what you give. so i really dedicated my life to making sure this building would continue to offer the community the services that it so well deserved. one of the things that i wa
