. >> i'm pat lawson muse. opal brown did not show up in court now there is a warrant for her arrest. news 4's meagan fitzgerald is live outside the courthouse where brown should have been today. meagan? >> >> reporter: pat, that's exactly right. i got off the phone with a spokesperson for metro and the president of the union. they are absolutely outraged. they say, look, outut bus drive were already fearful before this incident. now that she's on the run, they fear she could potentially hop onto another x2 bus and create another potentially dangerous situation. want to get to that video, of course, and show you. this is what happened on august 26. investigators say opal brown urinated in a cup while riding an x2 bus then of course around before exiting the bus and throws the urine on the bus operator before taking off. four days later she turns herself in to police and our pat collins was there when it happened. brown told news 4 that she intended on throwing the contents of the cup away, but says the bus oper

. >> pat lawson muse is in the newsroom with a possible motive. pat? >> doreen, laura said he lied the entire time they were dating. tessier was engaged to another woman, a woman he proposed to after finding out wallen was pregnant. the woman that wallen actually texted. wallen was four months pregnant when her family reported her missing. tessier who acknowledged being the father of her unborn baby was the last person to see her alive. police say they had been looking into inconsistencies in his story and even before he appeared at that news conference earlier this week, he had already been identified by police as a person investigators eventually traced everything back to a remote field in damascus where they discovered wallen's body in a shallow grave. court documents show wallen had texted her sister about being in that field reportedly to look at land that they might build a house on. tessier admitted to police he's the person who ditched wallen's car and her belongings and police say he sent fake text messages from her phone. back to today's hear

pat lawson muse is in the newsroom with yet another day of intense rescue efforts. pat? >> erika, one of the most experienced search and rescue teams in the world from los angeles county arrived in mexico to help with the rescue effort today. the elite team of first responders got the call yesterday, but they were already ready to go. having packed up several tons of supplies designed to reach people who are trapped. the team has practiced for the exact scene that's playing out right now in mexico city. there have been a handful of rescues the past 24 hours. this is renewing hope and energizing those who have been working for three straight days with no sleep. the assumption is that surrs the rubble before being rescued. so, these crews are trying to move quickly and very carefully to get to those survivors before day four hits. the official death toll now has climbed to nearly 300 and that number is sperexpected to grow. there are still 200 people unaccounted for. and looking for them are over 6,000 people from the military, to the marines, to everyday people, desperate
