"today in new york's" greg cergol joining us live from the scene with the latest. >> reporter: police have just released the identities of the two men who were shot and killed inside the warehouse here along 1st avenue. police identifying them as 24-year-old fernando herbi and 26-year-old kashif bellfield, both of paterson. police remain on the scene here right now, collecting evidence and piecing together what happened here overnight. they tell us that the shooting occurred at an illegal party inside the warehouse. inside when the gunshots rang out at about a quarter to 4:00 this morning. a neighbor told me earlier this morning that this warehouse is often used for so-called rave parties. he said he heard arguing in the street before the shooting. >> i was in my bedroom around 10:15 watching tv, and i heard a whole bunch of commotion out here. i heard a girl arguing with some guy. next thing i heard, a whole bunch of people arguing. and i didn't want to come out because i don't want
