my name is patrick neale liaison with livable streets. i want to thank the civil grand jury and the mayor's office and the advisory committee for their support in collaboration in improving safety for people biking. as the number of people biking in the last 5 years has grown dramatically, so has our effort increased to provide safe streets as well as our efforts to increase and diversify our bicycle safety education program. i'm going to speak to the civil grand jury report. no. 1, recommended expanding to non-cyclist and motorist. i'm very happy to report that we have added bike safety trainings for taxi drivers and munis operators for 2013. in terms of expanding bicycle safety for bike riders, we have launched a number of initiatives. we have a new bike safety initiation guide which is a much easier to read format printed in languages in english, spanish and chinese and we have bike safety information, bike lights and promote safe lighting through our various social media channels. point no. 1, the civil grand jury recommends materials

"breaking bad" did deliver. it won for best drama series.
