or b? gave saying none item 13 directors report 13, a director's update. patrick o. reardon director of db, um, i want to start by going back to the site permit conversation, and i want to thank you for your you're the productive meeting we had last week and i just want to applaud your thoughtful deliberation and what is very important conversation. so thank you for that. over the past three years. we've made a lot of improvements at the department, and i can honestly say that it's a different organization. no with better better customer service, better permitting and inspection processes and probably what's just as important as better morale amongst the staff. um. but i truly believe the re argument that we organizing the side permit process is going to have a major impact on how we do business. how we measure our progress and how we serve the public. this is a key reform that will help us meet the mayor's charge to cut the permit department processing times for housing by 50% um, as you know, the side permit process. reforms will come back to you for a vote this summer. in
