investigators say 41-year-old patrick taney was taken into custody last friday after officers noticed him be heading erratically after his vehicle was stopped on the side of the road. he was said to have kicked out -- tried to kick out the windows of a patrol car, then lost consciousness on the way to the hospital. he was initially revived, but died yesterday, five days after the incident. the search is on for person who used a syringe as a weapon to make off with prescription drugs from a cvs pharmacy in howard county. authorities say they are looking for a caucasian man in his 40's, are with a hypodermic needle and wearing khaki pants and a black hooded sweatshirt. anyone with information is asked to contact howard county police. tonight, students who attend beach fill elementary school were told to return to class after a 16-inch water main has been repaired. a number of homes in the area have been without water since a pipe broke. water service has been restored to the school and the nearby homes. >> attempting to get more money for after-school programs in baltimore city has pass
