talking to patrick tucker.e question's comment. >> chairman mccall talking about the technological sophistication of isis. what do we know about that? >> guest: well, the comment suggests that certain and very common confusion what encryption is. we know they were using cell phones. cellphones with sim cards and criminals in the united states and elsewhere for decade now have used very cheap disposable cell phones to communicate and it's not something that is magical and it's not -- doesn't have anything to do with end user encryption. having said that there's a lot of evidence outside of the etacks that isis probably does or members of isis -- remember, we're talking thousands of fighters in syria or iraq and elsewhere, talking about as many as 46,000 to 90,000 proisis twitter accounts. there's some evidence to suggest that some of these people use encryption to communicate. it's not directly part of these attacks, just something they do. there's even an isis-like help center, call center, that people that sup
