isaac now turning the force of its wind and rain on cuba and that's where cnn's patrick upman is. he's live from havana. so give us an idea of what that city of havana is experiencing right now, patrick? >> reporter: you know, it's been on and off all day, fredericka. right now the rain's gone away for the meantime and people are in cuba, in august, as you can believe, just enjoying the breeze. it's a brutally hot month and all of a sudden it's gotten a lot cooler and you're seeing people coming out and sort of enjoying the windy, breezy day. that battering blow that isaac delivered to haiti is really more of a glancing blow here. officials are saying that while there's been some storm surge and some flooding east of cuba, so far there hasn't been much damage reported and where i am right now in the center of havana, behind me is the bay and the entrance to havana harbor and in times past where there have been serious hurricanes, this whole area where i'm standing has been completely flooded and it seems isaac is moving away from cuba and it hasn't gotten caught up in the mountains
