((patrick walker)) >> here's the lawsuit filed in u-s district court here in nevada. it's one of four nationwide... where in this case... the nevada state democratic party is suing the state republican party and the donald trump campaign of conspiring to intimidate voters at early voting sites. the lawsuit points to several examples of donald trump telling voters that election fraud is happening... including this quote from an october 20th rally in delaware. nearly 2 million people are dead but registerred to vote... and infers that people should be on the lookout for voter fraud. the conspiracy comes in with rogerstone and his conservative super pac, "stop the steal." democrats say he's a close advisor to trump... and alledge that his pac pays poll observers to intimidate minority voters with tactics like fake exit polls. here it identifies las vegass leaning cities where this is happening. the lawsuit identifies two other instances of intimidation at the polls... where clark county
