patty edwards, what are your top trades in this space?ould think that if gas prices go below three bucks, it has to be good for the retail area. >> it certainly will help. you do have the headwinds of consumer confidence and of unemployment. that being said, if you stick with some of the more quality names, you'll be fine. my top three picks would be phillips, just reaffirmed guidance of trajectory stands they'll beat guidance they gave. that one is beaten up. i'm long. i am also long nike. earnings come out next thursday. you have olympic tail wind and innovations all over the place. valuation is not that steep considering what they are doing on the growth side of things and then finally costco is going to benefit on the margin side from gas prices coming down. they turned tanks so fast in those gas stations. sometimes three and four fill ups a day. the guy on the corner may get one or two a week. as prices come down they buy more gas at spot prices and greater margin on that gas even providing a lower price to the consumer. >> tell me a
