paul wagner is on scene. >> reporter: this is what we know from law enforcement sources, the information we've gathered here in the last hour or so. we understand a man in a stolen car intentionally rammed his vehicle into the front of that building. there was deep concern that he may have tried to set the vehicle on fire that he may have doused the inside with gasoline, but according to sources, what they think happened was that there was a can of gasoline inside the car and after he intentionally rammed the front of the building that gasoline then spilled and then he got out of the car and he was talking to some people in the lobby after smashing into it and he took out a lighter and apparently flicked that lighter with the possible intention of trying to light the inside of the car. that's what the witnesses were telling the police. we understand that this man has some warrants for his arrest right now being questioned by police. he is hospitalized, but he does not have any life threatening injuries and no one else was injured. so there was a lot of people who came here to the scene.
