paula ebben is here with this incredible story. paula? >> reporter: it is remarkable the story. julian hernandez who was just 5 years old when he went missing well, and living in cleveland 13 years later. he was found in ohio living with his father both under different names. bobby hernandez is facing charges in connection with the boy's abduction. investigators believed that julian was with his father at the time that he went missing. the investigation came to an end this fall when julian had issues with his college application. his social security number didn't match his name. so a school counselor who worked with him to find out why discovered he was in the missing children database. >> it was just great for me to be able to tell the mother that, hey, you know, all this time, i don't know what you've been thinking but all this time he's been alive and he is doing well. you know, it's a good thing to be able to step out of the negativity and walk into something that's positive. >> reporter: so julian's father is accused of tampering with records and will face charges. police a
