offcer evan hopper shot and killed 35-year-old paula phillips. investigators say phillips was drunk and high on meth and oxycodone when hopper found her in her car parked in the middle as officer hopper approached phillips got a shotgun out of her vehicle and pointed at the officer. officer hopper fired... killing phillps. police are after the man who robbed a carl's junior employee at gunpoint late this morning. it happened near desert inn and maryland parkway. no word on how much money the suspect got away with. the employee wasn't hurt. a multi vehicle crash caused quite a mess on your roadways this morning. police say two cars were video... you can see one of them jumped the center median... possibly crashing into a tree. police are also saying this could have been a road rage incident... but both drivers were blaming the other one. the good news... only very minor injuries. in about an hour -- las vegas assemblywoman victoria seaman is hosting a meeting in summerlin to discuss rising crime rates across the valley. the entire community is inv
